RETURNS POLICIES

I.                CREDIT ONLY; CASH GIVEN ONLY FOR PREPAID ORDERS

 II.                TEXTBOOKS.

                A.  100% returns allowable for one year from date of invoice.
                B.  After one year returns are not acceptable.
                C.  All books must be in resalable condition.
                D.  All books not in resalable condition will be returned at your expense.

III.                TRADEBOOKS

                A.  100% returns allowable for:

                                1.  Orders less than 6 months old.
                                2.  Discounts of 40% or less on credit orders.
                                3.  All prepaid orders.
                                4.  All books must be in resalable condition.
                                5.  All books not in resalable condition will be returned at your expense.

                B.  Returns NOT ACCEPTABLE for:

                                1.  Orders 6 months or more old.
                                2.  Discounts over 40% on credit orders.

 IV.                REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS

                A.  Permission necessary.
                B.  Include with request for returns and with returns the following:

                                1.  Order date for original purchase order.
                                2.  Our invoice number.
                                3.  Original purchase order number.

                C.  No returns acceptable without permission and without the above information.
